In 2010, our family expanded our passion for potato farming into food manufacturing and we built our own potato cake/scallop manufacturing facility on our very own farm in Gembrook.

During the early hours of the 19th February 2020, the potato cake facility on our farm was engulfed by fire, from here Phoenix Frozen Foods was born.  With the launch of Phoenix Frozen Foods, we are proud to be able to continue to manufacture the well known brands of Niceicle Supreme Frozen Foods and Bay Seafoods.

Come 2023 and we have launched our first Gluten Free Potato Cake. With this we can cater for those who are Gluten intolerant or those who just prefer to eat gluten free because they feel better. You no long have to miss out on the much loved Natural Sliced Potato Cake/Scallop.

Our factory is HACCP-certified. This means that our food production processes follow the strictest standards from start to finish, producing exceptional quality frozen foods for the Australian market.
